This information is used to deliver the site and to detect and prevent abuse, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Contact-form submissions are processed by our website infrastructure and delivered to our business email account. The providers involved act as processors on our instructions and are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards where it forms part of our business records — normally no longer than 24 months from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons. Technical logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
