    We work with established manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.

    • Supply is bought from manufacturers, authorised distributors and wholesalers rather than assembled from unverified marketplaces.
    • We look for provenance we can evidence, packaging and labelling that meet UK requirements, and availability that can be repeated.
    • We are open to UK and international suppliers, and to both ongoing supply and defined one-off ranges.
    • Product ranges are assessed carefully for quality, provenance, customer demand and commercial suitability.
  2. 02

    Sell

    We retail through established online marketplaces and direct ecommerce channels.

    • Products are listed where customers are already searching, with accurate titles, specifications and imagery.
    • Pricing and product presentation are managed appropriately for each sales channel.
    • Direct ecommerce channels sit alongside marketplaces, so products reach customers wherever they prefer to shop.

    Deliver

    We focus on reliable ecommerce operations and a positive customer experience.

    • Despatch, tracking and returns are treated as part of the product rather than as an afterthought.
    • Customer questions are answered by someone who knows what was sold and can resolve the issue.
    • Service performance is monitored to maintain consistent standards across our sales channels.

    We develop the ranges that work and widen the supply base steadily.

    • Ranges that sell well are reordered and developed, with more of the choice customers respond to.
    • Supplier relationships are built to last, and the supply base widens as those relationships do.
    • New categories are added when we can serve them to the same standard as the ones we already trade in.
